I am at this location ALL the time and the one employee who always greets me with a smile and makes sure I am always doing good is Basma.(hope I spelled her name right) For the past year I've been coming to this Chuck E Cheese, she is the only employee who maintains a positive attitude when it is very busy, never argues with a customer, and always welcomes me and my family like we are friends. Very professional and respectful. Last Saturday, I was taking my nephew to play a couple of games after his soccer tournament and all the staff were under pressure and very stressed so many of them did not even acknowledge me. Jordan was very nice though while he was fixing games and cleaning off a table I wanted to sit at. I have to say if it wasn't for these two employees I don't even think I would still come to this location. Thank you Basma and Jordan for always giving me and my family the best experience at this Chuck E. Cheese! Salad bar and pizza are also great
Food was good! Came out quick, games are fun. Managers are attentive. Party help was amazing
First time there. I wish o brought my kids there earlier. But I always stay away from indoor playground. This time we were invited for birthday party and couldn't say no. When you are Invited for a birthday you just go without checking in with front. They have special area for birthday parties. It is not physically separated but it is on the side. They have couple rows of table. Selection of games are perfect for kids 3-10 years old. There is really something for everyone. Even me and my husband had fun playing basketball and throwing balls. Kids of course loved shooting games. Trampoline is only for little kids (certain size). Also their pizza is really delicious, pepperoni and cheese pizza is also great. I see they have some salads that I didn't try but I belive they are good to . It looked good too
